What Data We Collect Name and email address — when you submit a contact or booking form, or sign up to our newsletter.

University, year of study, and session preferences — when you book a coaching session via Calendly.

Payment information — if you make a donation via Donorbox and Stripe. Payment data is processed securely. Chazon does not store your payment card details.

Communications — any messages you send via the contact form or by email.

Why We Collect It We use your data to confirm and prepare for coaching sessions, send you the Career Pack or Finance Pack following your session, send newsletters and updates if you have opted in, process donations, and respond to enquiries and partnership requests.

Legal Basis for Processing Contract — to deliver the coaching session you have requested. Legitimate interests — to communicate with you about Chazon services relevant to your enquiry. Consent — for newsletter sign-ups. You may withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing. Legal obligation — to maintain financial records in connection with donations.

How Long We Keep Your Data Session booking data is retained for 12 months following your session, after which it is deleted unless you have an ongoing relationship with Chazon. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Donation records are retained for 7 years in line with HMRC requirements.

Sharing Your Data We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted third party processors including Squarespace, Donorbox, Stripe, Calendly, and our email newsletter provider. All processors are contractually bound to handle your data securely and in accordance with UK GDPR.

Your Rights Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at info@chazonuk.org to exercise any of these rights.
