Why Chazon Exists
Purpose
Chazon exists to serve young people in the UK aged 18 to 25 at the start of their careers and financial lives. We provide free career coaching, financial education, and resources to students and recent graduates in the UK, helping them secure meaningful employment and build long-term wealth.
Values
Generosity sits at the core of everything Chazon does. We believe that those who have been given access, opportunity, and knowledge have a responsibility to pass it on. That is why every session is free, and why we ask those who benefit to give something back. We also believe in the power of partnership. Universities, corporate employers, and working professionals who give their time are at the heart of what Chazon is building.
Approach
Chazon's approach is built on three pillars. First, we provide the Access needed to start your career path. Second, we focus on Growth by teaching the financial habits required to turn a starting salary into long-term wealth. Finally, we encourage Generosity, asking those who benefit to give something back through a one-off or monthly donation towards the educational needs of children around the world.
The Giving Model
Everything Chazon offers to students and graduates is free. In return, those who benefit are asked to give something back through a one-off donation or monthly contribution. All donations are directed toward children around the world who lack access to adequate educational resources, starting with schools in communities where the need is greatest. We also welcome donations from anyone who believes in the mission.
Meet the Founder
Daniel Akintunde has spent a decade at the Big Four, driving commercial outcomes through technology partnerships with some of the world's most recognised organisations. His work has spanned institutions including Deloitte, PwC, Google, Chanel, Adobe, and others, giving him a firsthand understanding of how these organisations operate, what they look for in the people they hire, and how to open doors that many young people do not know exist. He believes that those who have been given access, opportunity, and knowledge have a responsibility to pass it on. Chazon is how he acts on that belief.
Away from his professional career, Daniel has spent years building his own financial future. A property portfolio in the UK, international assets, and consistent investment returns built over many years, all guided by the same principles of long-term thinking and financial discipline that he now shares through Chazon.
Our Credentials
His dedication to this responsibility is anchored in his role as a school governor at Wilmington Grammar School for Boys, being a youth leader and mentor. Daniel has supported over 75 people through one-to-one coaching, delivering more than 100 hours of guidance on careers and money. The students and graduates he has worked with have gone on to secure roles at leading corporate firms such as Goldman Sachs, Citibank, Shell, and Experian. Others have bought their first homes, built consistent saving habits, and grown genuine confidence in managing and investing their money for the long term.
